Liv Bargman has collaborated with Jess Wilson in a project called ‘Pencil Chit Chat’. The pair first met when illustrating the walls of Concrete Hermit in 2009 for the launch of Amelia’s Anthology of Illustration. Their mutual appreciation of each other’s work and in particular hand drawn typography inspired Jess with the idea to ask Liv to take part in ‘a continuous pencil chit chat’. They will once again be reunited by writing on the walls of the Front Room in Cambridge between the 16^th and 20^th August 2010, if you’re in the area pop along! Dave Doyle has been selected by Sketchbook magazine to take part in ‘Sketchbook studio’ an open studio full of creatives in Kingly Court off Carnaby Street. The studios are open for the public to come and see the artists at work between the 19th and 30th July.

Dominic Mylroie recently took part in the Leigh Art Trail exhibition, a collective of artists who live and work in Leigh-on-sea. He produced a series of new illustrations based on the scenery and iconic symbols from his home town. Here are just a few that made up the exhibition.
