Katie Thomas
Katie joined The Artworks in 2022 as our Startworks artist. She has always had a passion for art and design, starting at an early age by setting up an art gallery in her living room after school.
Going on to study Illustration at Falmouth University, Katie is now based in the Midlands where her interest in illustration spans from science and history, to architecture and cartography as well as packaging, all through the lens of a bright and approachable colour palette.
Creating her work digitally using Adobe Illustrator, each project begins with a simple idea, mapped out with pencil in a sketchbook.
Some of Katie’s previous clients include: Financial Times, Scientific American, Breathe/ Teen Breathe magazine, Therapy Today and BT Sports.
