Greg McIndoe – also known as Headless Greg – is an illustrator and design writer based in Glasgow. He graduated from Duncan of Jordanstone with a First Class Degree in Illustration in the Summer of 2020. Since then, he has been picked as One To Watch by D&AD New Blood, won a YCN Student Award and worked with the likes of Ancestry, Tai Ping and The Make Bank.
Greg’s illustration style is all about abstraction and he loves nothing more than playing with geometric shapes. He always enjoys exploring 2D and 3D image making techniques and discovering new ways to elevate his minimal aesthetic. Whether it is an illustrated book which opens up a conversation about mental health, colourful packaging designs or a still life covered in eyes; Greg always aims to create work with both style and a sense of personality.
