Laura Barrett’s Christmas Packaging for Betty’s

Laura Barrett was thrilled to work on the Christmas 2024 packaging for the classic Yorkshire-based brand, Bettys.

‘Known for their craft bakery and beautiful tea rooms, the team at Bettys asked me to create illustrations for their Christmas range; including mince pies, Christmas puddings, gift bags and even an apron design.

As part of research for the project, I was invited to visit Bettys bakery and their Harrogate tea room. I got to meet the lovely team and sneak a peek behind the scenes, watching the talented bakers hard at work. The highlight was definitely getting to sample lots of their delicious baked goods and chocolates!

I thoroughly enjoyed creating the seasonal patterned frames, featuring lots of ingredients from their recipes, alongside the bakery itself.’
