Since then, the agency has built up a longstanding reputation for excellence and quality in the work that is produced by its artists. The group is kept deliberately small to ensure the best quality work.
We are one of the few agencies to encourage the development of graduates through our Startworks programme, as well as helping more established artists to maximise their creative potential.

Stephanie Alexander-Jinks

Steph has been at the Artworks since 2004. She loves looking after The Artworks family, as well as finding and nurturing new talent she also enjoys helping the existing artists to keep developing and growing.
Alex Hadlow
Director & Agent
Alex joined The Artworks in 2008. She instantly fell in love with the close knit group of artists, their work and her fellow agents. The favourite part of her job is matching up the perfect artist with the perfect brief.
Lucy Scherer
Director & Finance
Lucy has been at The Artworks since she first arrived to cover a maternity leave job in 1999 and was immediately hooked. She is devoted to her artists and her colleagues, and loves being part of such a great team.
Jack Snelling
Animator
Jack joined The Artworks in 2020. He is continually excited and inspired by the impressive amount of incredible illustration produced by the artists.
