Rob Ball's Dune cover for the Guardian

To celebrate fifty years since the publication of Frank Herbert’s Dune, Rob Ball was asked by the Guardian to produce a cover for the weekend Review section. Dune found popularity in the seventies with the counter culture movement, so Rob tried to reflect this in a fairly psychedelic image of a universe emerging. from Frank’s typewriter.
