Announcing out Startworks 2020 Artist: Hannah Riordan

We are very excited to announce that Edinburgh College of Art graduate, Hannah Riordan is the latest artist to join The Artworks through the Startworks programme!

We were so impressed with Hannah’s work; her broad range of applications, willingness to experiment and her obvious love of drawing and printmaking, coalesce into a strikingly accomplished portfolio. We’re sure her playful scenes, bold colours and energetic mark making will see her into a number of amazing projects- we can’t wait to get started!

Thanks to everyone who submitted to this years Startworks open call. Though we are not able to respond individually to unsuccessful applicants (due to the volume of applicants) the standard of entries was incredibly high. We encourage everyone to continue applying through our regular submissions process, and look forward to hearing from you all in the future!
