Our next Artcook is Lucy Davey, who has provided an amazing recipe for Vegan Pancakes!

Lucy Davey’s Vegan Pancakes!

  • 125g self-raising flour
  • 2 tbsp. caster sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 150ml. Oat Milk

Method:

  • Whisk ingredients together.
  • Ladle batter into a hot, oiled pan.
  • Cook and flip!
  • Serve with your favourite toppings.
