The Artcooks! Kate Forrester's super simple Sicilian Lemon Pasta!

Time for another round of The Artcooks! Putting on the chef hat this week is illustrator and hand-lettering master Kate Forrester, who has a super simple recipe for Sicilian Lemon Pasta;

Kate Forrester’s Sicilian Lemon Pasta

  • Spaghetti
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Parmesan
  • Lemon juice & zest
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Handful of fresh basil

Method

  • Cook Spaghetti according to instructions and drain.
  • Whisk together other ingredients and then add to the Spaghetti pan. Toss all together.
  • EAT!
