Rob Ball has created some space-age visuals for venture capitalist firm Moonfire. Approached by Richard Chapman Studio, Rob has created ambient illustrations of planet surfaces, distant stars and some graphic portraits for the businesses across Moonfire’s portfolio.
“The trick was to conjure a feeling of optimistic space exploration without being literal.”
Reigning in his sci-fi impulses to strike the right tone, the images capture the aspirational and exploratory nature of Moonfire’s philosophy, with the red dot–the “moonfire” always thrown into stark contrast.
